Summary
While at summer camp, Taylor meets a fellow Brocktonite- Sana 'Sunny' Campbell, a open lesbian whose cheery nature and naivety hides the pain of losing a parent. Sharing their pain with one another, the two become friends, and return to Brockton Bay together.
However, their homecoming isn't a pleasant one, and the two are attacked by Empire Eighty-Eight thugs looking for recognition within the gang. Fighting to survive, Sunny triggers with a power she doesn't entirely understand.

Queen Administrator was never like the other Shards. As a Noble Shard, it was smarter. As it bonded with Taylor Hebert in the locker, they felt the depths of their new host's loneliness.
