He certainly doesn't expect San Lang, the bold and spirited young man he encounters on the way, who seems determined to raise Xie Lian’s standards /for/ him, who somehow has all the gossip on the island resort they’re both going to— as well as its notorious owner, Hua Cheng.
Maybe 'unexpected' is exactly what Xie Lian needs.

Gorgeous fic, it flows really well and it's a great example of a long fic that spans a short time frame. The chemistry between hualian feels really natural, both sweet and sexy at the same time

Too bad he didn't realize that his one-night stand was about to be his boss for the foreseeable future. Surely this won't come back to bite him later, right?
