Yang is a member of the Middle. She seeks to protect her family from anything that could harm them.
Finally Blake is a member of the Thumb. She seeks to uphold propriety and that people are given the respect they deserve.
Members of some of the biggest syndicates, normally they would likely never meet, but one day they wake up in a world with a shattered moon. Left adrift they find themselves at Beacon, the worst thing is they end up in the same team, members of opposing syndicates who famously do not get along in the slightest. Here's hoping Beacon can survive them and hoping the girls can survive each other.

Summary
Ruby Belladonna-Rose is the first recorded human raised among faunus on the secluded island of Menagerie, growing up in a culture that the rest of the world doesn't seem to understand or accept and forming deep connections with special members of one of Remnant's most misunderstood and questioned revolutionary groups: the White Fang.
