Summary
"Itadori, watch out!" Megumi cried out as the curse spat out some odd curse energy towards the other boy.
As Yuji was turning around, he could see the curse energy coming his way, but could do nothing as it approached him. He closed his eyes and braced for impact, but as the seconds passed, he felt nothing at all. He peeked open one eye and saw the curse hissing and running off to disappear.
He started to run after it when he looked down in front of him and stopped in his tracks.
"...A baby?"
There sat Gojo's clothes in a rumpled pile on the floor, and a tiny baby with white hair and undeniable sky blue eyes of the Six Eyes sitting on top of the pile.
"...Gojo-Sensei? Is that you?"
The baby - Gojo Satoru as a baby - began wailing.

A curse mission goes wrong, and Gojo Satoru is turned into a baby who seems to only allow Geto Suguru to take care of him.

"Noooo!" Suguru laughed, turning on his heels to protect Megumi from the first wave of incoming flour. He ducked behind the kitchen island. "I’m the one who makes the hot chocolate. You’re biting the hand that feeds you!"
"Oh, we’re not biting it," Satoru declared, charging around the island with his hands coated in white. "We’re seasoning it!"

After a few minutes his attention turned elsewhere when he heard a set of footsteps walking up the hall. He was about to get up to greet Satoru, but was beat to it when his bedroom door opened, without the common courtesy of knocking. It’s not like he’s complaining, he finally, finally, gets to see his best friend.
“Whats up?” Tone inviting with worry still creeping up on him.
“Suguru,” Satoru finally let out, voice soft barely above a whisper. “Please just this once.” He said while making his way towards Suguru.
“Wha-“
Suguru cuts himself off as a pliant gojo finds his way on his lap, lying down, while hugging his waist. Head resting on top of Suguru’s comforter, pushing into his stomach. Trying to fuse himself with Suguru.

Satoru immediately has to resist the urge to bash his head in. God, could he sound any more smarmy? Luckily, the other man doesn’t seem fazed by Satoru’s sleazy greeting.
“Hello,” he returns blandly. “Can I help you?”
Okay, so Satoru fumbled the first impression. But it was fine. Nothing he couldn’t recover from.
He brushes a hand through his hair in what he hopes is a suave move before flashing a grin at the other man. “Just wanted to make sure my son is in good hands for the afternoon.” He tips his sunglasses down—this is the bit where recognition hits. You’re Gojo!, he’ll soon hear with an incredulous gasp. The CEO of Infinity Inc.! Satoru won’t pretend he isn’t looking forward to it. Fame has its perks, after all.
“Ah, of course. I’ll need you to sign a waiver.”
The other man isn’t even looking at him any longer, instead ruffling through a few papers before attaching one to a clipboard. He hands Satoru the clipboard, along with a pen that has definitely been gnawed on a few times. Probably by different people. Satoru stares at the pen before staring at the employee again.

“Two years.” He gasped out, forehead nearly to the ground as he panted. Suguru froze, blood draining from his face as he looked through the bag Shoko had given him.
