In which Dick gets sick during a training mission, and is mortified by having to be human as Nightwing.
Dick is mortified to exist as a human at all, seeing dissociating the pain away as his only option.
Bruce notices Dick's dissociation is causing him to regress.
Bruce tries his best to atone for giving Robin that notion, that he isn't worthy of being human,

The victims all blank-faced and silent, as though accepting their fate and simply willing it to be over faster. It had surprised her the first couple of days here. Then she realized… Gotham made sound because the city expected someone to save it. Bludhaven was silent because it knew no one ever would.'
Nightwing has finally settled into a city of her own and is focused on becoming Bludhaven's newest protector.
