“It sounds paranormal?” Lan Zhan asks, incredulously.
“Well, sure,” Wei Ying says. “You’re the only one experiencing noises and being disrupted in a new building that shouldn’t have rodents. Only happens at specific times.”
Lan Zhan just frowns at him.
“Paranormal doesn’t always mean haunted!” Wei Ying says with a wide smile and a wink. “There’s more than just ghosts out there.”
