It's Harry's eighth year, and he no longer has the constant threat of Voldemort to keep him busy. So, he goes back to doing what he always does, which is obsessing over Draco Malfoy.

Obviously, the only solution is to go to Dumbedore for help. And he has the perfect thing for it, too--a magical, rainbow, talking scarf.
