Summary
When Christopher asks to do "25 Days 'Til Christmas" this year, Buck says yes before he even knows what that means. Soon, there's a calendar on the fridge, glitter in the grout, hot cocoa permanently on the stove, and Eddie Diaz quietly realizing that somehow, somewhere between paper snowflakes and late-night movie marathons, Evan Buckley became his favorite holiday tradition.
Twenty-five days. One house. A kid with a plan. Two idiots in love.
By Christmas morning, something has to give. -

Summary
“Bye, Eddie,” Buck says quickly, fluttering his lashes innocently at him, he smiles widely at glare he’s getting, and adds, “I love you.”
Eddie rolls his eyes, “Asshole,” he replies, his face blushed bright red.
(Or, Buck finds out that Eddie gets all flustered when someone tells him they love him. Naturally, Buck needs to tell him all the time now. It’s purely platonic, leave him alone.)

The boy is scared of everything around him, people, sounds, objects, the wind, the smells. Terror is all the boy knew until he found something he wasn’t scared of.
And its name was Evan Buckley. :3Warnings - Heavy descriptions of medical trauma, child abuse, neglect and injury.
Queue found family, Christopher being an amazing big brother and the 118 being the best family in the entire world. :3
