All other sounds fell silent, and Childe looked down to the source, namely his pocket.
"Is- Is that your phone?! Why didn't you turn it off?! What if your signal got tracked?!"
Childe fished it out, and his cerulean eyes regained their humane glints as he caught a name incredibly dear to him on the phone screen. He answered it, and greeted the person with mirth lighting his voice bright.
"Zhongli, honey! What's up?”
"Ah shit, it's the husband." Childe heard Scaramouche grumble in one ear, but he ignored it in favour of listening to his husband.
