Everyone has their priorities. For a lot of class 3-A that priority is finding out where they'll go after graduation. Katsuki has a problem. His priority (after heroics) is getting Izuku a birthday present. But what exactly do you get the omega you planned to come back to without having to have a messy, uncomfortable conversation about feelings? Not to mention he has to try and keep any other suitors off Deku. What's an alpha to do?

Summary
Anakin knew, of course, that Obi-Wan went into heat, something which heretofore had nothing to do with Anakin. That every few months he disappeared for a few days, returning later as if nothing had happened with only slight shadows under his eyes to indicate what had transpired in the days he was absent.
It made sense that Obi-Wan would have sought the comfort of an alpha for some of these heats. Even if Anakin didn’t particularly like the idea. Ok, he hated it.
But, Anakin tamped down this swell of jealousy, carefully releasing the emotions into the force (Obi-Wan would be proud). Because as much as this new knowledge grated, it also opened Anakin’s eyes to new possibilities, if he played his cards right.
Or,
Obi-Wan agrees to let Anakin help him through his heat.
