Mikey's hands shook but not as violently as before as the human placed the sticker into his palms; it was a tiny, yellow flower. "So, like a gold star?"
"Exactly!" They giggled together, Mikey holding the sticker to his eye. ~

Mikey doesn't want to worry his family with his issues, leading him to find a new companion who gives him stickers as a comfort item.
