Summary
Unlearning the lessons Shigeo had taught himself for five years is quite an undertaking. Uncorking those emotions and being forced to process them is overwhelming, after so long of having relative silence. He thought he’d gotten it down; thought he’d had it. It’s not so hard to laugh.
Dealing with fifteen years of trauma is also quite an undertaking, one that piles atop his carefully recovered shell with a vengeance. And it turns out that, despite his efforts, he’s been doing more harm to himself than good.
And it might just kill him.

"I think the Warrior of Light is avoiding me." Silence follows that has G'raha instantly regretting what was said, as it hangs in the air like a slow moving fog. It's a few moments before anyone speaks, and when they do, it's not what G'raha is expecting.
"Wait, art thou serious?" Urianger asks, with a tone of genuine surprise.
"We honestly thought that was an act."

G'raha has been settling back into his old body, his old world, and his new role quite nicely.
Except that's a lie, and the Warrior of Light is avoiding him, and he REALLY needs a drink.
