Clown could do all of this better. Sneeg could do this better. There were so many more people on the server who were already better at enchanting who could put better enchants on these stupid golden boots that nobody was even going to use. The boots’ only purpose was to be fodder for her to try to get better, but there wasn’t a point to getting better when it seemed that everyone else was already better than her.
She stared at the table, unchanged. Why was she even doing this? It didn’t matter if she was good at enchanting. All she was good at was building. That was all she was good for, and it wasn’t even a unique skill. If Foolish came out of retirement, he could easily push her aside, not to mention Clown and his tower. Her chest tightened as the thought crossed her mind: She wasn’t really good for anything, was she? So what was the point of being here?
Ros has a breakdown about her place in the Kingdom and thinks about leaving. Clown does his best to comfort her.

Do you ever think about what it’d be like to just—just start over?” She sat straight in her chair, refusing to turn to look back at Clown. Her throat felt tight as she kept speaking. “Nobody to bother you, no quests to complete, you don’t need to study or grind or—”
Clown cut her off. “Can’t say I have.” She heard the soft little jingle of the bells on his hat as he drew closer. “Is…everything alright?”

His blood ran cold, and he immediately took his hands off the keys. “Oh, I’m—I’m sorry, Beef, I woke you up didn’t I, I’m sorry I’ll—”
Beef shuffled over and suddenly grabbed his face, turning him to look at him. Beef’s hair was all mussed up, sticking up in places, and his eyes were half-closed.
“That wasn’t the question. What are you doing?”
Etho can't sleep, so he plays the piano to keep himself busy. His boyfriend Beef wakes up to piss and runs into him.

You’re numb and tired and every time you tell your doctor you don’t feel anything, they just shrug and add something new to your cocktail that makes the numbness sink in deeper.
BLi tells you that life doesn’t exist beyond the walls. The world is a dangerous, radioactive wasteland that will burn you to death in hours—no, minutes. When your commute brings you close to them, you can’t help but stare and wonder if it’s true. The scarecrows and draculoids don’t let you get close enough to prove it one way or the other, but that’s not to say you don’t think about it. You think about it the same way you think about jumping in front of a train.

He grumbled, but begrudgingly tried his swing again. He could do it. He glanced back a few times, and Pause was just smirking at him. He had a feeling they weren’t going to get through all eighteen holes at this rate. He swung again, and this time Beef grabbed him and dragged him back onto the couch.
“I hate both of you,” he hissed, watching as his ball moved about ten feet. At least it stayed on the green. “I hope you die.”
Etho shuffled to the side as Beef stood up for his turn. “Honestly? I hope we all die.”
“What if Wii Golf is our purgatory?” Pause said, very frantically. “Oh god what if we’re never free? What if there’s infinite holes and we’re trapped here forever?!”
I am drowning. There is no sign of land. You are coming down with me, hand in unlovable hand. I hope you die. I hope we both die. (AKA Team Canada get high and struggle with Wii Golf.)

He sighed, taking another drag of his joint. He stared at the little cactus. Why was he entertaining this idea? It was just going to die. “Prickles,” he said.
Ren beamed. “See? That wasn’t hard.”
He sighed. “‘Prickles’ is gonna be dead within the week.”
Bdubs wants his roommates to take part in his favorite, most joyous of hobbies: plant care. Unfortunately, the only plant Etho knows how to take care of is marijuana, and that's after it's dried.
