[“I had… depression before I was turned.” Scott admitted.
“Oh.” That didn’t seem to be the answer Owen was expecting.
“It’s why I… have blue hair, it’s why I paid someone to turn me and it’s why I loved being a vampire.” He said.
“It cured it for you.” Owen realised.
“The power made me feel alive, I could be me.” He stared at the shadows that no longer welcomed him as one of their own, instead it felt like they were closing in on him, preying on his senses and infecting his body.
“I’m surprised you reverted back.” Owen said honestly. “I didn’t regain the disease on my skin after being cured.”
Scott glanced at him. “You said your skin was irritated.”
“Well yeah, but it’s nothing like what I dealt with before.” He said.]---

Summary
Owen isn't an idiot. He knows that if Scott finds out he's basically a newborn in vampire terms, he's going to take the easy meal and kill him. So, he lied-said he had been alive 200 years instead of in a state of unconciousness for 200 years. Hopefully Scott buys it.
Scott knows Owen is full of bullshit. No Sire would let a fledgling that young out of their sight at 200 years old, let alone out here. He thinks he's roughly 300, and is lying to make himself look like less of a threat.
Scott and Owen have a truce-they both stay out of each other's business and don't kill any humans. But for some reason, Owen is so, so hungry. And animal blood isn't cutting it.
Scott, on the other hand, is a little concerned at how bad at vampirism Owen is.

Summary
After killing some pigs in the forest, Scott returns to Oakhurst forgetting to clean the blood of himself. Avid uses this as evidence for his claim that Scott is a vampire, and after what Martyn, Apo, and Sausage witnessed a few days ago, their inclined to believe him.
Avid is in shock that the people finally believe him, but after his proposal to kill Scott asap, the members freaked out and proposed a separate idea, to find a cure.
Aka - Scott doesn't know where the fuck he is, Avid is scared, the other vampires are making a desperate attempt to free Scott before they kill him, and everyone else is attempting to be supportive.

aka scott gained a baby vampire, nesting instincts take full-hold of him, owen gets adopted without his knowledge, and they all have soft and mushy instincts (with a DASH of dynamic-fueled angst !!)
