These tiny creatures are called "minis". Pocket-sized humans, with the energy of a 5 year-old on a high of sugar but just as capable of understanding their surroundings as a grown adult -usually.

Summary
The events of Season 1 of The Pitt go the same as they do in the show, but when Dennis gets to Trinity's place there's an additional roommate.
Stiles and Dennis become fast friends but both are hiding secrets about why they keep avoiding talking about home. One day a man comes into The Pitt with a bullet lodged into his side and when they check his emergency contact, it's Stiles. But what's more concerning to Dennis is that he recognises the bullet.
