Asher An,7th grade, 12, goes to Gotham academy. Asher was just a normal rich kid in Bristol, only going into Gotham for school(secretly going out at night to take photos of the vigilantes too but only she had to know that). Her birthday was in 5 days, and no one could know what would happen to Asher when her birthday came up. No one would know how Bruce Wayne felt when he saw a child on the same position as he was when he was a child. No one could predict Asher’s future. All it took was one science project, one birthday celebration taken to the wrong place, only few couincidencs, small choices that made impacts as powerful as a tsunami.what will young Asher do when she’s faced to see the horrible truths of Gotham, to come to terms with what happened. How will she take responsibility?

Doctor Michael Robinavitch was a teacher, a mentor, and an attending, but most of all, he was a coward.
He would never stare vulnerability in the eye, until it had broken him and beaten him blue. His cold brittle heart would never beat until it was shattered, sending shrapnel into his bones.
He could not dare to care, not after all this time. He couldn’t dare to open his heart after it had already been broken. It had only barely been patched together again.

Four months since he was mandated to go to rehab in order to keep his job. Four months since he finally hit rock bottom.

"You're only hurting her. You know that, right?" Robby asked, and it was the only thing that seemed to crack the hardened expression on Langdon's face. "You being here? Being with her? The only thing that's doing is dragging her down. You think anyone is going to respect a doctor that had an affair with a drugged-up attending in the same department? You're hurting her- you're letting this happen to her!"
"I would rather fucking die than let anything happen to her," came the answering roar from Langdon as he towered over Robby, his breath coming shaky and fast.
"Well then maybe you fucking should, huh?" Robby screamed back, shoving him in the chest with both hands. "Maybe you should do both her and yourself a favor and just fucking leave and never come back."
Or: Robby tells Langdon Mel would be better off without him. He listens.
