Summary
Waking up on the side of the road, in the middle of the night, is not a good thing. Especially when Kianna so clearly remembered going to sleep in her own bed earlier on. Her phone was by her side on the ground, along with some of her other possessions. How they or she got there was a mystery. A group driving by gave her a lift to the nearest town, Mystic Falls, Virginia. A fictional place she'd only seen on a TV screen.
The driver helped her up and offered her a lift; He seemed almost used to this kind of thing. The man in the passenger seat looked confused and impatient, like this wasn't worth his time. The girl in the back just spoke to her and reassured her she was alright.
Kianna adapted as well as one can hope to a new world of witches, werewolves, and vampires. However, figuring out how she got here and what her family has to do with a fictional supernatural hot spot (and trying to help them deal with Katherine in the process) weren't her only problems. Pretty soon, there would be an Original in town. Then another. Then 3 more. And they all seem to recognise her.
Set after TVD Season 2 Episode 3. Has references to later seasons and events from Chapter One.

Now Caroline has to navigate this and all the things that come with living in Mystic Falls. It would also really help if she could stop having weird dreams that would be great.

Jen pushes a hefty cardboard box into my open hands. I falter as I hold it, trying to put the weight on my uninjured forearm.
"Woah. What is this stuff?"
"Your Mum's files from the historical society." She looks up at me from the ground. "I got roped into helping Mrs. Lockwood... and by roped, I mean very excited to participate."
"I thought you were fond of rope," I snicker with a smirk. Her eyes widen at me as she gets up, her face reddening as she sends me a glare. "What?"
She closes the door to the Harry Potter bedroom and I jump in surprise as it reveals a man. He's dressed in a form-fitting suit covered in a black coat, and my heart seems to stutter as his captivating brown eyes meet mine.
