“I--” your voice faltered and you stared at the floor again. “I have to finish my patrols, Your Highness.” You gave him the slightest of bows before side-stepping around him in a wide berth to continue down the hallway. As expected, Aizen’s large hand reached out and snatched up your wrist, stopping you in your tracks.
“You think you can defy your king so easily?” he said. His laughter was cruel and mocking, and your heartbeat thundered in your ribcage at the sound of it.
“Please let me go, my Lord,” you said, barely keeping the rising panic out of your voice. “It-- It’s not proper--”
“Proper?” Aizen sneered, cutting you off. “You haven’t begun to see improper.” -

The chill that escaped into the room with Childe as he entered finally reached you, causing your nipples to harden into tight little peaks and poke teasingly at him through the fabric. You shuddered hard then, from the wintry bite in the air as much as from the feral, voracious look Childe was giving you.
“S-sorry!” you squeaked, moving to cover yourself with your arms and hastily explain away your embarrassment. “I was enjoying the bath like you recommended, but then I knocked over my glass of wine and it got all over my clothes so I came out here to-- eep!” Your rambling was cut short by Childe wordlessly striding toward you and pinning you against the wall, the basket of dinner thrown on a nearby table as an afterthought.
“Girlie,” Childe rasped, hands on the wall next to your face to cage you in, and head bent so all you could see was a mop of shaggy burnt umber hair, “there are easier ways of getting my attention.”
