"Dear Stranger,
I am an artist working on a photography project involving people I do not know. I'd like to take a picture of you standing in your front room from the street in the evening. If you don't mind being photographed, please stand in the room and look into the camera through the window for ten minutes on Saturday, August 23rd, at 9 pm. I will take your picture, then leave; we will remain strangers to each other.
If you don't want to get involved, please simply draw your curtains to show your refusal.
I really hope to see you from the window."

Ekko is a photography student who wants to try something unconventional for his next project, but in order for the experiment to be as authentic as possible, his subjects must remain strangers to him. He thought it would be easy enough, until one of them starts haunting his mind.(loosely inspired by Shizuka Yokomizo's experiment 'Dear Stranger', 1998-2000)

Vi answers on the fourth ring, her voice groggy from sleep “Pow? Ugh, it’s 2:45 AM, why are you calling?”
Jinx opens her mouth to reply, but her sister cuts her off before she can get a word out, sounding more and more awake. “Wait a sec. Aren’t you in your room? Where are you?”
“Jeez, chill sis! I’m at Ekko’s”, a giggle escapes her lips for some reason. “Well, outside. Imma ‘bout to try what you told me”. The sentence comes out slurred, no matter how much she tries to keep her voice even.
She hears Vi curse under her breath “Jinx… are you drunk?”

Jinx has made a lot of questionable decisions in her life. Now, looking up at Ekko's window in the middle of the night, she idly wonders if she's about to make her worst one yet.

Jinx just doesn't know how to behave normally around Ekko anymore; how to stop getting so irrationally angry every time someone else tries to vie for his attention; how to get this feeling out of her system.
With a gasp, she shoots upright in her bed. Lightning strikes in the distance as, with sudden clarity, Jinx gets hit with an idea on how to fix this…Alright, so lightning didn't actually strike in the distance but Jinx has such a good idea it might as well have.
A plan concocts itself in her brain. One that’s perhaps a little insane, but hey, aren’t her best ideas always?
Or: Jinx gets annoyed (not jealous) when girls try to hit on Ekko. Her solution? Fuck the feeling away.

Summary
Jinx isn’t a moron. Far from it, actually. After only attending PZ Tech for two years, she’s risen above the entire student body, on her way to graduate summa cum laude and become an alumni the school will have framed in the front halls. She’s a bonafide genius, through and through.
That being said, she doesn’t need tutoring on her multivariable homework. That shit’s easy as pie; she could solve the formulae in her sleep.
What she actually wanted was to get Ekko in bed with her.
Or, Jinx pretends she needs tutoring from Ekko so she can get him alone and fuck him.
