Summary
Respect came with age, respect meant power, and power meant control, but to the elders around him, he had neither age, nor any control of the world around him. To the elders around him, he would not deserve any of that, for as long as they had the only say. 5 times Cyborg Morty asked for respect from the Ricks that raised him, and 1 time Sam simply took it (A Rick-Mortality Prequel Story).

Author's thoughts while looking at Day 2's prompt for the first time: Lol, first guy to get pregnant with no explanation was probably like—¿¡WTF!? 😆

Summary
Morty grew up raised by Ricks for most of his life. Ricks aren't known for being very familial at the best of times. He learned to adjust and adapt, or he will die trying to trust a man he was taught over and over again to never trust. But all he ever wanted was something unconditional.
(Next chapter upload: June 11th, ~11 AM MST, I’m also gonna be editing the first two chapters.. I saw mistakes.. it was more haunting than any scary movie, ever. 🤧😱)
