Summary
Chan looks borderline frantic as he holds Jisung’s stare, white knuckles pressing so hard into his solar plexus the ace suspects it will bruise. Shallow, painful sounding rasps continue to escape into the quiet space between them, the leader’s mouth opening and shutting several times as if he wants to speak but simply can’t, the words stuck somewhere between suffocation and rising panic.

Summary
It felt like a rarity these days, time off with everyone together under one roof. Rarer still for the atmosphere to be as calm as it is currently: no yelling, no tussling, the general chaos usually cooked up by the eight of them being under one roof now sleepy and subdued. He loves the exuberance of his members, don't get him wrong, but it’s certainly a break and as the ever-busy leader of Stray Kids, Chan will relish in it for as long as he’s able.
He should have known it wouldn’t last.

This was fine.
Minho might even be willing to say things were great.
Everything was going exactly how Minho wanted: they’re in his apartment, making out, and Minho feels very good- maybe even horny?
Plus he really really likes Chan; he's sweet, funny, genuinely a wonderful human being- and Minho wants to start something meaningful with him. So he has no doubt that he’ll finally be able to go through with actually fucking tonight and not chicken out again.
Chan kisses down his throat, settling down in between his legs, hands on his bare skin inching lower, curving down past the band of his pants and-
‘-wait!’ Minho gasps, ice-cold panic crashing over him, shoving Chan off and nearly tumbling face-first off of the couch.
‘-woah-!’
‘-wait, I’m sorry- I can’t- I can’t do this-!’Or a one-shot where Minho denies and ignores his asexuality and hopes that he'll finally be able to "go all the way" and be in a "normal" relationship but he panics and thinks he's completely ruined any and all chances he has with Chan but it's the exact opposite and Minho cannot believe the odds that they're both asexual and literally in the same boat.

Summary
For now, Jisung comes and goes as he pleases, his new backpack slung over one shoulder, his old skateboard in hand or underfoot. When Chan is home, he greets him with a grunt or a nod. When Chan’s the one coming home, there’s usually no greeting at all because Jisung’s holed up in his bedroom more often than not. They eat dinner together if they’re both home, and if Jisung won’t be there for it, he has to let Chan know before five, so he won’t make or bring too much.
It works. They work. Maybe Jisung’s not talking about his feelings or maybe he’s not processing everything as he should be, but he’s got a roof above his head, he’s got three good meals a day and he’s got a safe place to come home to. It’s a good start, Chan thinks. It’s more than he used to have.

Summary
The Squawk had become their cover, their communication hub, their war room. Robin did the actual broadcasts mostly playing music and reading pre-written community updates approved by the military presence in town, but the real purpose was the coded messages. Steve had helped her set up the whole system, spending hours figuring out how to get all the sound effects she wanted, taping things to walls and attempting to MacGyver random things around the station.
That was just who Steve was, but looking around the room now, Robin wondered more and more if anyone else actually saw that.
