When Dream feels his heart rate speed up at the end of George's Livestream, he knows he's too far gone.
"This feels so wrong," George says and repeats. Dream clicks off the stream, the sounds of labored breathing filling the room as he tried to stem the panic he was feeling.
The next day, after he had just barely dragged himself away from the edge of oblivion and heartache he would never return from, he felt the first tickle at the back of his throat. He coughed roughly, it sounded like he had fluid in his lungs or something. Pneumonia, maybe?
But instead of coughing up mucus or phlegm, his eyes widened in shock at the taste of blood in is mouth.

A dry laugh left his lips. “It’s not going to make me love you any less Clay.” His breath shuddered and tears fell faster now but he pushed on. “It’s not. You fucking asshole.”

George and Dream have an argument and they both say things they regret. It ends in George saying too much by confessing his feelings and hanging up. Dream frantically tries to make it up to him and let him know he returns the feelings, but George won't answer so he decides to take a risk. Featuring a true bro and wise man Sapnap. It's a little angsty at first but it's going to get real cute guys. Dream is a sweetheart.

Summary
It is without a doubt that Dream and George really do want to see each other to the point of desperation. COVID-19 seems not to be letting down at all, further insisting the travel ban for the next year or two, which means they will not meet for a long long time.
That is, unless, they plan a marriage for the visa, and marriage for the visa technically counts as marriage fraud: a five-year felony. They've joked about it quite a few times, but with the final conclusion that they'll never meet without it, the suggestion is very tempting.
But is it really all just for the visa? The lines are too blurry to tell.

Louis saw some movement from the corner of his eye. There was a mirror hanging from the wall there, next to the wardrobe, and reflecting a galaxy poster that was hanging from the opposite wall. It looked like the previous people who had lived there had left in a hurry. He would have to take the photograph down and hang something instead. Maybe a David Beckham poster?
Another movement startled him, and he forgot instantly about his decorative issues. Because the movement had come from the mirror, and he had been looking at the opposite wall, at the galaxy photograph. Whatever had moved in the mirror, it had not been a reflection.
There was a boy there. He was lying in the bed, apparently putting some pillows and cushions in order. Then, the boy leant in the bed and opened a book. He got his hand in his dark, curly hair and took it out of his bright, green eyes so he could read better.
