Summary
In a world where mythical creatures have been enslaved, trained to serve and pleasure, they are viewed as less than human. When two of Freddie and Roger's friends get their own 'pets' they are horrified to find a person behind them, to watch them be horribly mistreated. They vow to each other that they'll save these two, do what they can for others when they find themselves in an up-and-coming band. With an Angel and a Fae by their side they hope to show that these wonderful creatures are not only people, but deserve to be treated as such.

He’d sworn to protect Freddie, but how could he do that when they were surrounded by Alphas who looked at Freddie and saw a toy, not a person? Damn it, he had started this, there had to be a way to keep this up convincingly.

First things first then: do more than hold hands. Which meant...'Christ,' Roger thought, eyes popping. 'I have to kiss Freddie, don’t I?'
Otherwise known as: faking a relationship has it's ups and downs; it has it's awkward moments and it's confusing moments, but Roger and Freddie make it work.

Summary
Angels aren't human. They're pets, toys, accessories. They're something pretty to show off at your side or in your bed. Without humans they would be lost because they just can't handle life on their own.
But Roger isn't like that.
