When Bakugou lifted his eyes, he saw the enormous beast collapsed on the ground, trapped in a net that held large iron weights at its ends. His eyes widened when he recognized the creature.
A dragon.
He had never imagined in his life that he would see a dragon in person one day. But there it was, lying there, wounded and groaning, its red scales shining against the snow and its horns arching backward, while its gigantic mouth full of teeth opened in agony.
Then Bakugou’s mind led him to the only empathetic and rational thought in the situation: to end the suffering.
