"I've got a gun!" You remind him again, your voice sounds more panicked than you would like to admit. That monster took out a group of armed soldiers all by himself and then strung their bodies up like an offering. You know its hopeless, but it is human nature to try.
He wasn't kidding, he really kicked the door down. For a moment you watch as he leans down to enter your house, barely fitting in the doorway. It reminds you of a cat trying to squeeze through a tiny space to reach a hiding mouse. You manage to snap out of it, this is your only chance to end this nightmare. You raise the shotgun and take aim. The shot echoes through the walls, shrapnel flies everywhere as you watch him take a step back. The force of the blow made him unsteady on his feet. Then he faces you, grin wiped from his borrowed face.
"You shouldn't have done that."
Your heart leaps as you fire again, this time you caught him in the shoulder. He lets out an inhuman growl and runs at you. You aren't fast enough to evade him.

Summary
After two months of hiding it seems the sun is finally returning to normal and the visitors, unable to handle the temperature change, are rapidly dying off. With it being safe to return outside the homeowner’s guests set out to return to their lives. For the first time since the “apocalypse” he finds himself alone and oddly enough the man finds that he no longer enjoys the solitude that he once craved. Eager for something familiar, he decides to open his home to guests again. The homeowner quickly learns to be careful what you wish for when a familiar pale visitor returns, this time as his new roommate.

Everyone had been severely forbidden from approaching the omega quarters tightly guarded by strong and capable security, so it’s been more than three days since Mo Ran last saw Chu Wanning. It’s only normal, then, that when he first catches sight of Chu Wanning’s strong figure, he pauses abruptly, heart rabbiting on his chest.
The first whiff of haitang and fragrant wood, clear and strong, hits Mo Ran like a punch in the gut.
Chu Wanning is wearing a flimsy red robe tailored for his figure; it hugs his broad chest and shoulders tightly, cinching around his lithe waist, falling down the plump curve of his ass to cover his long and toned legs. His long hair, usually held by a tall ponytail, is a little disheveled by the fights he must’ve engaged in, some of the inky strands clinging to the sides of his face damp with sweat, the only sign of exertion on his otherwise pristine composure.
Mo Ran is determined to catch Chu Wanning on a mating run.

Mo Ran grabbed at Chu Wanning’s hand, and instantly Chu Wanning felt electricity zap its way up his spine, felt the fire in him burn even brighter. Chu Wanning wrenched his hand out of Mo Ran’s grip, as if scalded, but Mo Ran’s still got a dopey smile on his face, not unlike a sweet canine wanting to bask in its master’s affection. This close, Chu Wanning could smell the musk of Mo Ran’s skin, and it made him dizzy, made him want to bury his face into Mo Ran’s chest and just breathe.
