Optimus is now the Head Prime and ruler of Cybertron along with Autobot space but the mech is stressed and tired of his duties as a leader and needs to blow of some steam, luckily Lord Megatron co ruler, was more than willing to assist his little Autobot

Optimus huffed, “Okay point taken.”
“So, do I have permission to kiss you?” Megaton smirked, “Properly this time?”
Optics clicked, staring at the mech… like a cyber-deer in headlights.

When Optimus thinks that all hope is lost after the Decepticons defeat them, he comes to find out that Megatron has a strange request for the Autobot.
Essentially Megatron wants Optimus to be his princess consort wife and to bear many sparklings and Optimus is both confused but extremely tempted by the offer because he's too flattered by how much Megatron wants him. Shenanigans and sex ensue.
