Summary
Meruem and komugi are reborn after they initially died in the real plot. They're in our world now, Meruem now 100% human in body and Komugi being born in this day and age got surgery when she was born blind and now isn't blind anymore! Each both having their memories from before they died they wonder if the other is also here...and if they can reunite with more time together...and if the other will recognize them in such a different form.

Carrying an alien baby inside his stomach is something Chuuya has gotten used to as the months passed him by. His stomach barely grew, and the cravings were not at all as monstrous as some pregnant human women. All in all, he's fine and dandy and more than ready to have this baby.
He really shouldn't have expected for things to go as smoothly as he initially thought.

“Yours, though,” Dazai whispers smugly as Chuuya clambers on top of him, his smile stretching so wide that his jaw aches. Chuuya’s hand finds it’s way to his hair once again, his fingers softly caressing his drooping ears.
“Mhm, you are. My needy little kitty.” His voice drops into a sultry octave, his bright eyes piercing through Dazai’s skull. He arches his back, pushing up against the man on top of him in an effort to get him tangled closer.

He didn't love working, but he respected Kunikida so he came to work sometimes, he didn't love kids, but he always indulged Kyouka, and he proposed double suicides to women all the time but, apparently, he was married to a man.
Not any man, he was married to Nakahara Chuuya, Port Mafia Executive.
Atsushi might not know much about love but how could Dazai be married to someone from an enemy organisation he had escaped, someone who, to the naked eye, he seemed to hate?

Three thoughts invades Dazai’s mind as he gets a glimpse of what’s waiting for him in the room.
1) Chuuya was in fact home and not out and about somewhere Dazai wasn’t aware of.
2) Chuuya was wearing his long, pink, satin robe with fur lining the hems and sleeves, which he only wore on very special occasions.
3) Chuuya did not look angry. He was simply sitting on the couch with his legs crossed and reading a book, almost looking too calm for comfort.

Or: It is Dazai and Chuuya’s 4 year anniversary, but Dazai got held up at the ADA by a particularly annoying case, and when he gets home, his partner has a very nice surprise waiting for him.

Dazai wasn't even hiding it—she's been wearing her wedding ring around her neck and using her married name on all official documents. She just assumed it was obvious.
Kunikida's worldview may never recover.
Or:The one where Dazai left the Port Mafia due to pregnancy, married her former partner, and somehow managed to maintain the world's most unlikely functional family while everyone just... went along with it.
