"Uh... hello." She called back.
She had an accent, they didn't get too many international sorts without prior notification. Though as young as she was with a baby in tow, she really might just be in need of a good book. Madeleine had been thinking of expanding their children's section, as far as she was concerned, there was always room for more books in a library.

"Yes," she hisses through her teeth, hating herself for being so weak.
"Then let me prove to you how strong you are," Madeleine whispers against her skin, pulling back so they can look each other in the eyes again. "Say yes again, and you belong to me for the night--say yes and I'll keep you safe while you work through the hurt, sweetheart."
Breath catching in her throat, Anna May forces herself to speak, the sound full of need. "Yes. Yes, please."

Despite the title being about Gregory, this is an Avanine fic (so if that’s not what you want, sorry but please don’t read because you won’t like it! and if that is what you want, sorry for all the Gregory mentions). Pretty much, I miss the show and I can’t wait to see Ava absolutely terrorize Gregory, so I’m not going to. EVENTUALLY, Ava and Janine will get together but we’re starting from canon, so they’ve got some work to do. Of course they will both still yearn before they get together because hey guess what that’s also canon. I’m talking Ava giving in to whatever Janine wants. I’m talking longing stares. The usual. Essentially, I will try to make the slow burn worth it. I will also try to post every Friday but we’ll see!
