Summary
Waking up two years before their adventure even began was a surprise. The Straw Hats have to find each other again and make their way back to the New World and their dreams. Dealing with younger, weaker bodies and the weight of future knowledge they will find it's not as easy as a simple do-over. Every change has an effect on themselves and on the world.

Summary
Tobirama feels his chakra curl in irritation, the warmth of his fire recoiling from him, like Tobirama's very presence is repulsive, abhorrent. This is an exercise in repetition, he knows Madara detests him, like most people, but absolutely nothing about it ever gets easier, it only ever gets worse. Something painful drops through his chest, and the feeling is overwhelming, excruciating.
Someday, he thinks. His heart will finally have enough and it will quit, stop beating and grow cold, crushed under the pain. And so he would die, not under the blade of an enemy but the weight of his own loneliness, rejected and excluded.
"I am only trying to be polite, I do not mean to pick a fight. In this time of peace, I do not see any reason for strife." Tobirama replies, tired and curt.
"My version of peace," Madara looks at him indifferently, "has no place for someone like you."
Tobirama watches wordlessly as Madara walks away, even as something inside him breaks.

Its a time travel, sick, kid fic all wrapped into one and the character work is to d i e f o r. Mama Orochimaru with a sick baby Kakashi just rips my heart into a million pieces and I reread the last update at least 5 times yesterday. It's been wild and insane and I needed to stop rereading so I doodled instead hahahaha.

Everyone is born with a soulmate mark, placed somewhere random on your body. Some easy to cover, some hard. Some soulmate marks are pairs, both having a beautiful tattoo, matching perfectly. Some soulmate marks are matches, like pencil and paper, sun and moon. At first contact of skin to skin, the marks with burn, and fill with colour. Poly bonds weren’t common, but they aren’t rare. It used to be common, about a 50% chance, but most poly bonds didn’t work, ending up in one of the soulmates rejected, and alone, mark slowly becoming dark. Everyone is born with a soulmate mark, but 1% of people didn’t have a soulmate.
Tobio thought he was that 1%.
