Cat pulled her into a hug. “Now, you know you can’t leave me here with Blondie, Marinette, and I certainly can’t leave my princess without a chaperone!” The hero flashed him such a loaded grin that Adrien had an intense desire to slap himself in the face. He shook his head to clear it. This was surreal!

Contrary to popular belief, the fate of a timeline would not change drastically if the time travel interference isn’t as significant in itself. This allowed for a bit of ‘spectating’, as Alix liked to call it, without disturbing the course of events. For example, if a 21-year-old couple decided to travel to the past, sit in a coffee shop, and bet on the stupidity of their younger selves, then they could do so without serious consequences.
