Summary
Rosita Turuy bullied Thrawn to prove to Spenc Orbar that she was loyal to him and because she resented Thrawn for unintentionally seducing her. The only thing worse than being bested by the new alien cadet was falling for the new alien cadet.
Thrawn had shown Cadet Turuy nothing but patience and understanding despite her rough treatment of him at the Royal Imperial Academy, so when she steals one of the designs of his ship prototypes and uses it to secure a place in the Tarkin Initiative, he has no choice but to retaliate.
