Summary
"Those are noble intentions, son. But don't forget there are other things in this world that are worth living for."
"Like what?"
"Look around you! Blue skies overhead, green grass underfoot, beautiful girls, good wine, a few good friends, and a fine steed under your backside!"When Ostwick is razed by Darkspawn, Henry survives only through the Grey Wardens' Joining. As the Free Marches buckle beneath the first stirrings of a Blight, he finds himself caught between duty, grief, and a future that suddenly seems much shorter than he imagined. And in searching for those things worth living for, Henry also finds someone worth dying for.
This is a KCD/Dragon Age fusion that no one asked for. Something, something, be the change. :)

Summary
“There’s nothing to be ashamed of, lad,” Chenyek says, offering relief without even realizing. He is speaking to the sodomy; Henry wraps it around his failure instead.
He needs to know the taste of someone other than Bartosch. Like how certain herbs neutralize others in his potioncrafting. The poppy of a lullaby potion, a forever sleep that Henry wishes to feed to the memory of that night in Trosky. The marigold to counteract it, to heal the festering wound of regret buried deep in his heart. Between the twelve bells of then and now, he could temper the hurt; he has enough of both flowers to brew something for the pain.
This is a love story told through the eyes of a blacksmith, a bodyguard, and a bastard. Henry sees none of those things as clearly as he sees his own failures. Then he meets a man who shows him that some mistakes can be forgiven... and so perhaps Henry can be, too.

Summary
Like her mother in the aftermath of the Conclave, and Hawke in the Gallows of Kirkwall, and even the legendary Hero of Ferelden, the King’s Warden, at the Battle of Ostagar: Solara was joining the ranks of heroic women before her, none of them ever having been asked if they wanted it.
They had all paid the price to save the world: a home, an arm, a life. Solara was selfish with what little she had left that she could call her own. And she wasn't ashamed to admit that she was afraid of what her turn would cost.
Nearly thirty years after Corypheus, after the Breach, after Fen'Harel took Nifera Lavellan's hand and heart, her daughters find themselves thrust into a world of blight, escaped gods, and a father's promise for a restored homeland--at the risk of losing everything they have ever grown to love.
Two Rooks and a King is the titular second installment in a trilogy following the events from Trespasser to post-Veilguard. You do not necessarily have to read Part 1, but it provides valuable backstory that may be missed if skipped.

Summary
Solara’s curiosity was something nurtured with great care when she lived in Skyhold. Dorian’s lessons, Sera’s schemes, Blackwall’s excursions, Varric’s tales, Cole’s whimsy, Harding’s wanderlust… everyone played a role in what culminated into the young woman standing before the Grey Warden. She held the hurt of a millennia of tormented elves in her bones, the blood of a rebel god in her veins, and an entire Inquisition’s greatest joys and sorrows in her heart.
This is the prequel to my Rook/Lucanis Dragon Age the Veilguard fanfic! The dates have been changed to account for Rook's age, so the timeline looks like this:
- Inquisition: 9:41
- Trespasser: 9:43
- Veilguard: ~9:69-70
Two Rooks and a King is a series co-created by two friends who played Veilguard side by side in a Discord voice chat and thought, "Okay but what if there were TWO Rooks, and they were SISTERS?"
Smut chapters will be marked with an asterisk*, and content warnings will be noted in the beginning notes when needed.

Summary
“Will you come with me, sweet Reader? I thank you. Give me your hand.”
― Howard Pyle, The Merry Adventures of Robin HoodWhen Ferelden recognizes a new sovereign, the Chantry bells ring throughout all of Southern Thedas. Deep in the Brecilian Forest, however, Hollix of Lothering and his Merry Men are none too keen to share in the revelry.
And from the Tevinter Imperium, Altus Dorian Pavus begrudgingly crosses Thedas to pay his respects to Good King Loghain.
Inspired by The Adventures of Robin Hood, this retelling of a band of merry men, unlikely heroes of Thedas, is structured in an anthological, mostly linear format.
Hope you like shenanigans! xx

--There is no smut in this chapter-- The tags I use in this story will encapsulate the entire series. That way, folks who want to start at the beginning can be prepared for what lies ahead (also, so I can easily reference it when adding more stories).

Summary
The Fade is one of life's greatest mysteries, and a group of grad students at Freemarch University aim to figure it out. Rook Theirin-Hawke is a blood mage, a bartender, a terrible girlfriend, and a Veil Jumper. With so much on her plate, she's surprised there's time to hunt darkspawn each night with her friends.
Lucanis Dellamorte is a demon abomination, a doctoral student, a mage killer, and conscripted by the Abysmal gods to hunt down the last of the blood mages. With so much on his plate, he's surprised there's time to drink at his target's bar each night with his friends.
"If the Blight Comes, Beep Me." is a modern 90's AU fanfic loosely inspired by Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
*Disclaimer: This is my side project while I work on my trilogy, Two Rooks and a King. Posting will be less regular, but I've been dying to write this, and dying to share.
