Summary
Too busy being Mechaman to ever be Robert, the omega. On the strongest suppressants his dwindling inheritance can buy, and then none when that eventually runs out too. Robert struggles to navigate life through the lens of a "normie". Someone who can't fall back on being a superhero in order to avoid his biology. He never expected to live this long to suffer the consequences of the abuse he put his body through constantly. Now, he's dealing with ex-super villains and trying to help them in their rehabilitation while suffering through a hormonal hurricane.
Luckily, or unluckily, depending on how you view it, his team is comprised of mostly single alphas who are all too happy to ogle their new dispatcher, who screams emotional baggage. Now just to see who can crack the sarcastic ass dispatcher first, and maybe do their jobs along the way.

Summary
In the months Robert has been a dispatcher, he has no doubt that at least half of his team were interested in him, in one way or another. He couldn't say he understood why, but he definitely wished they'd all be more discrete.
Now, Robert wasn't against dating a coworker, but he was against any hooking up. They're all too emotionally unstable and too jealous to be trusted like that. He'd also learned from his mistakes with Blazer and Visi. He was lucky that they were understanding that he wasn't ready to be in a serious relationship, one being his superior, and the other basically his employee. They didn't know each other well enough at that point either, things were intense and in the heat of the moment, he thinks they would all admit.
The only person who didn't openly treat him like a piece of meat, pervert, slut (all quotes that he has been called by his coworkers), was Waterboy.

You were yanked along to Ren’s room, where you heard some concerning sounds from inside it. Growls and ripping sounds.
“Go on, liebling. Say hi to Ren~”
You shake your head, but Strade opens the door and pushes you through it easily, stepping in after you.
Ren looks feral in a way that makes your skin prickle. His head snaps towards you as he takes a deep breath in, a low rumble coming from his chest. You freeze, eyeing your fellow captive as he slowly stands up. You back up, some instinct left over in your hindbrain screaming at you the moment before Ren pounces.
