Summary
Aziraphale made Crowley want to believe in the ineffability of a God that brought them together. Crowley made Aziraphale want to sacrifice his religion and worship their love instead. But that was then when love was enough to bring together two fools desperate to make it work.
Three years after their divorce, Aziraphale and Crowley aren't talking. They've tried to move on, but neither can. It should be their anniversary, on New Year's Eve, but they're not together. They should be together.
Aziraphale calls. He's not even sure whether Crowley will pick up, but he does. They see each other again for the first time in years, and it's a whirlwind. It's time to heal old wounds, put aside their differences, and make their relationship work again. They already know the alternative, and know they can't live like that anymore.

Summary
“Come home with me then. Stay and talk.”
“Are you… inviting me in?” They are nowhere near a building to go into. They are just reaching the first crossroad on a very long walk home. He is clearly asking something Anthony doesn’t quite grasp the meaning of, but can tell it is something huge and life changing.
“I don’t know what that means. What does it matter if you’re everywhere and nowhere if I ask you to be somewhere?”Ế̵͇̠V̷̯̇Ĕ̷̞̬͠R̸̖̭͋Y̵̬̟̅T̶̜̺͠H̴̖͉̾I̸̦̠̽̽N̶̯̈́G̴̫͎͋
As a young man, Anthony saw Death and invited it in. Gave it a home. Gave it a life. Bought that time with the blood of others.
Now he’s growing older. His last victim nearly took him. Death comes for everyone. Anthony accepts this. Knows he’ll die too. Have to leave Death alone. And Death can’t accept that.

Summary
Crowley opened his eyes unwillingly. He theorized, or perhaps only hoped, that he was finally dead. Actually, properly dead. But no such luck. There was no Hell. There was no Earth. There was only Heaven. And Heaven is the worst possible place for a demon to be. He didn’t bother to wonder where he was going. He had no curiosity any more.
The world hadn’t ended with either a bang or a whimper, as it turned out. It was more of a whoosh. Like a great pile of tinder going up in a fire. Holy fire, but it burns the same.
--After the Second Coming, there is a new order in Heaven. Crowley is found, punished, and assigned to an angel for permanent imprisonment. He thought he wouldn't feel anything ever again, but then he meets the angel assigned to him.

Summary
“Mr. Crowley, I presume?” Aziraphale asked in lieu of an introduction, which was not forthcoming. The guy hadn’t even removed his sunglasses. Oh God, he had a tattoo on his face. Aziraphale wasn’t one to judge, but… what kind of gardener had a snake tattoo on his face?
