Two broken stars in a decaying orbit, passing closer and closer together until the inevitable, devastating collision.
Or, Tav is fucked up and down bad for Astarion, who doesn't quite see the appeal (but he's getting there). Sexual frustration, sloppy handjobs, a heavy dose of masochism, and way too many failed Insight checks ahead. Tav falls first, Astarion falls harder (eventually).
Or, a tragic-but-hopeful romance told through a series of incredibly ill-advised sexual encounters.
If you want to read a story where Astarion is sweet from the start and Tav is here to fix him, this isn't the one. If you want to read about two terribly broken men spending a good long while making each other worse before they make each other better, this might be for you. If you thought the in-game romance was a little too easy and it should have been ten times more painful and difficult to convince Astarion he's worthy of love, this is definitely for you.
Set during the canonical events of Baldur's Gate 3.

But something is changing. Or someone is changing. Trapper, one of the killers, is tired of being alone. The Entity forcing them to provide to it without reward? he wants something in return. maybe he can take something to help with the loneliness and boredom? Will The Entity allow it?

Summary
Dwight Fairfield had survived The Entity longer than any other survivor. At least, longer than any other survivor currently partaking in the trials. After extensive research and testing, he and his fellow survivors figure there was no way out of the eternal prison The Entity had shaped for them. Dwight Fairfield, a nobody in his old life, shoved aside like trash, was thrown into the spotlight and unofficially declared the 'leader' of the group of survivors, though this certainly didn't mean he survived every trial. In fact, he was more likely to die on the hook as a distraction in order for his friends to escape. Constantly, Dwight Fairfield died to save those he cared about and nobody seemed to notice anything wrong about it.
Well, all but one.
