Bakugou did not forget and decided to follow him 10 years later by going to the same college as Midoriya. Of course, he only did so to make sure the idiot was still alive.
At least that’s what he told himself.Or, Bakugou Katsuki liked Midoriya Izuku for 10 years after a small act of kindness and decided to enroll in the same college as him. Even though Midoriya does not remember him, he thinks the grump in his accounting class is the most beautiful person he’s ever seen.

Leading Izuku get concerned about his mental health and his physical condition when he's already covered in blood,bruising and some slits by scratch's he hopes.
