Summary
He knew it was a losing battle against himself.
He just didn't understand why, of all people, it was Johan who was in all his erotic dreams. Some nights, he woke up infuriated...and gave in, his hand easily slipped under the waistband and inside his briefs, gripping the treacherous thing tightly and trying to immediately quell the heat scorching inside his body.
In those rare moments of self-indulgence, he had no choice but to wring out the hazy memories from his dream just minutes prior, of sharp blue eyes and short, pale blond hair, looking up at him from underneath his body. He would grit his teeth out of fury, clinging to the fleeting images while his palm stroked desperately up and down his length, before the first sunlight filtered through the cracks in the curtain.

Summary
Some part of Medaka wants to soothe the boy, telling him that he doesn’t need to share this with him if he isn’t ready. Yet, the part of Medaka that wants to be privy to everything there is to know about Nikaidou easily wins his rationale. He needs to know whatever it is still bothering him, in hope they can look for a solution together. He needs to know everything about Nikaidou if he wants to be the one guarding that smile forever.
“Actually…after the locker incident, I was about to come back to school again just after 4 days…” Nikaidou draws both his knees and winds his arms around them, making himself look smaller than he already is. “But something else happened the night before I was supposed to go back to school the next day…”
Medaka swallows hard. There’s a slight trepidation thrumming between his ribs.
Medaka learns that the locker incident wasn't the only thing that traumatized Nikaidou.

Summary
Tenma just sighs, a heavily burdened one. He stretches out his hand and brushes his fingers to Johan’s damp fringes, slicking them back to show his forehead. His hand searches for the old scar on the left side. The over-a-decade-old scar is almost invisible now from this distance, yet the tips of his fingers can still feel the raised, jagged skin of the former stitches there.

“And that’s why you fell in love with me,” he pointed out, his tone challenging, daring Tenma to deny. “I made your life more adventurous and far from dullness.”
Tenma snorted derisively, “If only I could love you less…” he said without any heat as he raised from Johan’s body. “But you’re more…much more than that.”

A more canon-compliant, post-canon setting, slice of life of Tenma x Johan moving in and living together in Ingolstadt, Germany after the main series ended. Set in the early 2000s. What started off as a conditioned arrangement of platonic cohabitation and agreements, soon transversed into mutual understanding, seeking comfort to each other, developing of feelings, and inevitable passionate romance.
Each fic can be read as standalone.

Tenma x Johan slice of life together in Japan. Alternative route. Set in post-canon, early 2000s, after the main series ended. What started off as a conditioned arrangement of mutual agreement, ended up with Tenma having to smuggle Johan out of EU due to some circumstances, for safety and healing. They both started a new page in their life and came to the understanding of their bond together which lead to professing their mutual affection and love.
