Kyle's cheeks flushed, but he kept his cool. “I just might be. And I think you would agree, wouldn't you?” he leaned forward as well, feeling Cartman's breath on his skin.

Cartman starts dating Butters, but Kyle knows that it's just a game; he's doing it to piss him off. When one day Kyle sees them making out in the middle of the cafeteria he can't take it anymore, so he takes Cartman away from Butters to have a “talk” in the bathroom.

Kyle blinked. “We have a bedroom.”
“Yeah, but like—this has adventure energy.”
Kyle raised an eyebrow. “Adventure energy?”
“Yeah. Like, ‘oh no, we’re trapped, what ever shall we do?’ cue slow piano music and tasteful camera angles.”
“Are you quoting a porno scenario right now?”
“I might be,” Cartman said proudly.
Kyle stared at him, utterly bewildered—and maybe a little bit amused. “You’re impossible.”
“And yet,” Cartman purred, shifting to face him fully, “you still chose me.”
Kyle snorted. “I had a moment of weakness.”
“You have those a lot around me.”

Summary
His wide shoulders jittered when Eric took another side step and squeezed the handle of the rattling bucket in his left hand. In it, there was a pair of disposable gloves, a large cup and, well, lube. Heat climbs up Eric’s neck when he thinks about what’s to come, but he swallows the embarrassment down. This was perfectly professional, nothing queer about it. Sure, it was kind of odd that he’d be put in charge of collecting sperm from a hybrid so early on to his time at the farm, but giving him more advanced jobs than the other, less awesome, workers didn’t come as a surprise. He just didn’t expect it to happen so soon.

Eric Cartman had never been one for silence.
Even as a kid, his voice was a weapon—sharp, loud, and always the first thing in the room to be noticed. He had something to say about everything: school lunches, politics, the way Kyle's curls bounced when he was mad. Sarcasm was his armor, cruelty his fallback. When he didn’t know how to feel, he made other people feel small. When he didn’t know who he was, he made sure everyone remembered who he wasn’t.
But now, silence clung to him like a second skin.
He sat on the edge of Kyle’s bed, hunched over, hoodie sleeves fisted in his hands. His fingers gripped the hem until his knuckles turned white, like if he just tugged hard enough, maybe he could hold himself together. Maybe the storm brewing in his chest would pass.
Kyle had gone to the kitchen to make tea, just a simple moment of normalcy. But the quiet he left behind was suffocating. And alone with it, Cartman couldn’t stop the thoughts from creeping in.He’s too good for you.

Kyle hadn’t realized how much he liked mornings like this—quiet, slow, warm.
He brought a hand up and ran his fingers lazily through Cartman’s hair, gentle so as not to wake him just yet. His scalp was warm. Kyle smiled, letting his hand wander down to Cartman’s shoulder, then his side, tracing the curve of his waist like he’d done a hundred times before. It was second nature now.
Cartman stirred with a soft hum, nuzzling backward into Kyle’s chest without fully waking. The movement made Kyle’s heart clench in that annoying, stupidly fond way it always did when Cartman let himself be soft like this—unguarded, unarmored, real.
Kyle’s arm instinctively wrapped around him, pulling him close. He buried his nose in Cartman’s neck and breathed him in. Warmth. Skin. A faint trace of the vanilla body wash Cartman had stolen from Kyle last week.
God, he loved him.

Cartman wasn’t a man of spiritual awakenings.
He believed in food, in vengeance, and in making Kyle Broflovski’s life a living hell (in the most loving, passive-aggressive way possible). He did not believe in miracles.
Until the day he saw it.
It happened on a lazy Sunday afternoon in their apartment. Kyle had just returned from a grocery run, climbing up onto the kitchen counter to retrieve a bag of coffee filters they definitely didn’t need but Kyle insisted on buying “just in case.”
And that was when Cartman saw it.
A strip. A faint, perfect, soft trail of ginger fuzz, peeking out from under Kyle’s slightly lifted t-shirt and leading down past the waistband of his sweats.
