Oml this made me so sad but I got inspired and I guess if it happens I can have something to do, even though I'm still at the age where I should be more focused on what my career or job should be lol, just plenty of heart-wrenching moments with a finishing dessert of the sweetest reunion pie all wrapped in a box of a dreamhouse(╥﹏╥). (Read this at 9PM on a rainy day, with a baby crying next door, in the dark in my room with my siblings while I'm trying to find some Precious Peter Parker fics where everyone loves Peter (as they should) and ended up bawling inside,though my emotional tank was run dry a little while ago via past late-night-crying-sessions over different fics from different fandoms and just thoughts so I guess included late-night-breakdowns? Idk this note has been long enough and I've rambled so much that the word count is probably a minimum of one of my past essays lol goodnight(/morning/evening/afternoon) everyone. The runes glowed brighter, casting long shadows across the hall. Images began to ripple within the light, scenes forming like reflections on water. The Nadder shifted uncomfortably beside the Night Fury and the other dragons of their ‘group,’ glancing from the Night Fury to the images. “What is this supposed to mean?” she asked, her voice sharp, though there was a flicker of unease in her tone. The Night Fury found himself relating to it. “It means we’re trapped here, obviously,” the Nightmare snapped, his wings twitching irritably. “And they’re going to force us to watch this.. whatever this is.”
OR: the dragons (and some others) are brought to a strange hall to watch strange moving pictures showcasing the future of the isle they had just attempted to raid under the queen’s command— narrated by the very scrawny viking boy who managed to shoot down the elusive night fury, an act that would change both factions forever.

Read it and I promise you will never regret it. Hope to spread good words about this work and all I can say is that you aren't ready for the shenpocalypse that is Shen Yuan and his siblings(◠‿◕)
I wouldn't recommend it for a light read. (obviously but sometimes 100k words are short for other readers such as my friends). It wouldn't be suitable for people who are impatient, and I'm not saying that in a mean way just as a given, the story is just like any other great work, detailed and filled out in a way that makes it seem like a series but like the good ones and not the ones with unlimited sequels. Which brings me to the point of the fact that it is immersive, for me at least, I can understand the plot, characters, events and other elements that make it so that you can feel as if the characters are real people, which I guess is the point being made for someone to understand (*cough* shenyuan *cough*) but that's just my opinion so don't believe in my words too much hehe please don't discredit the author if you find my description of it misleading and I hope that you just enjoy reading it and that I've brought you a new favorite just like ao3 did when it recommended it to me (not really I just filtered stories that have the shen siblings in it because I've been looking for ones that show/reveal SY's identity to someone other than SQH because let's face it, SY would rather castrate SQH before admitting he considers Airplane a friend due to circumstances which make it so SQH is the only companion he can truly have in this world and I found it sad that he doesn't have anyone with him who he knows in his previous life, at least not anyone close to him in his previous life since he only knew Airplane through his work and occasional feedback from his critisisms anyways I've rambled enough and I repeat: Just read it and enjoy(ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧)

"That's an order. Plus this guy is no threat. Without his brother here to save or defend him- I'm sure he'll be as cooperative as a trained dog." Bowser grinned, leaning down so he could hover over the man who was lying down on the stone floor, small puffs of air leaving his slightly parted lips. "If he becomes a nuisance or I simply grow bored, I'll kill him."
Kamek nodded. "As you wish, sire." In a poof of sparkly smoke, he was gone.
"So, greenie. It looks like it's just the two of us."
