Summary
After Blonde Blazer dumps Phenomaman, Robert spys him in the parking lot laying on a car, at the behest of Blazer, he goes to comfort him. However, Robert had drunkenly kissed Blazer and felt he needed to say something. Phenomaman, being the strange person he is, kisses Robert to ascertain if he caused the breakup. Robert shrugs it off, along with the fact he had been pelted by broken glass from the car the superhero was laying on, thinking his mission had been accomplished.
What Robert doesn't know, is that a certain bat-hybrid had been watching the whole scene from one of the breakroom windows. A certain half man-half bat, who starts to feel some... choice feelings about Robert.

Summary
Sonar is a straight man. Or at least that’s what he thought until Robert Robertson, the new Dispatcher, arrived. From that moment on, Sonar’s instincts began to spiral, craving that man like he’d never craved anything before. Robert's scent didn’t help one bit: it was laced with wet dust and ash. A scent of sadness, of depression.
It made him so protective that he would do anything for him. And that was a problem.

“Children?” Robert echoes. “Have you notified the parents?”
“Yeah…” Her nose wrinkles into a worried expression he’s never seen on her face before. It’s as if she’s trying to find a way to tactfully work around what she’s going to say next, which Robert takes as a bad sign for worse news.
Oh, yeah. Now, he’s genuinely worried.
“...And?”
“Well…” Mandy says slowly. She hesitates, as if picking several different ways to phrase the unthinkable before settling with: “They, uh. They named you.”

Summary
Robert did something bad. Not villain bad, but getting off from a thought of a coworker he doesn't even like is a new low. He was pent up, even if the break up with Mandy was friendly and they didn't get that action anyways, he was still pent up. So when the subordinate turns out to be the "crypto-bro-ex-addict", he's not able to look him in the eyes anymore.
Sonar notices his boss avoiding him suddenly, and freaks out about the risk of being cut again. The solution is simple, he needs to befriend Robert. Make him his best bro, his right handmand, after all Robert wouldnt fire a friend.. right? The hybrid needs to up his game. And he will succeed.

He does thanks to Chase and he meets the Z-Team, who decided that after meeting this Omega and his sunshine pup that they were theirs... that they were pack. Especially two Alphas, one that Robert had history with, the other who understands what Izuku is going through, who plan on making Robert theirs.

The door cracks open, and the perp enters the room. They’re tall, strong, definitely a metahuman. Robert really hopes that the training he’s been through with Flambae has paid off, because if he can't take this guy down then he’s a little screwed.
So, he goes for the knees. The perp gets pulled to the ground, then there's a flash of light.

"Ooo, Bae come take a look at this!"
It starts with a photo of Flambae cradling Mecha Man's face. They look like they're in love - they're not.
Of course it goes viral. Flambae had just been trying to check Robbo was okay after a tough fight, but the truth apparently doesn't matter. The truth doesn't sell tabloids. Instead, the internet is flooded with theories of Mecha Man and 'Ex-Con' Flambae's relationship, and every time they go out on a mission together, swarms of reporters try to get them to give a statement.
The rest of the team thinks it's hilarious. Robert, meanwhile is being surprisingly good about it and has been like coaching him on how to deal with the paparazzi. It's kinda nice actually.
He's not falling for Mecha Man though, no matter what the media says!
