twelve years after second battle of hoover dam Vegas is independent and flourishing, Legion is breaking apart even worse, NCR has stopped expanding and stagnated. Things are peaceful in Vegas.
So why the hell is he out in the middle of Goodsprings with no stimpaks and bleeding all over the place? “Hey Lt. he's still alive!” oh yeah!
NCR sent rangers to get him. The Rangers were disbanded, he spat on their name and drug it through the dirt because of what they did to his father, they didn't like him fucking em over like he did. The Rangers are a small shadow of their former selves the same as the free caps payda...er... Frumentarii. lets hope he makes it out alive, ah well if not he'll just rock paper scissors the goddess for his life again...
