Tommy couldn’t breathe, his eyes staring straight ahead of him as he took in every detail of the man’s face. His heart was loud in his ears, pounding in his head as he took a shaky step back. Over the sound of his own heart, he heard a familiar voice breaking the outside silence.
“Wil, everything okay?”
Then, a flash of pink moved around the right side of his vision, and when he looked over, he was met with the face of his other dead brother. Theo, with long pink hair pulled back in a long plait was standing next to ‘William’.
What the actual fuck.
Okay, he was definitely dreaming now. There was absolutely no way both of his brothers had just, come back from the dead and walked into his workplace. He took a shaky breath, his eyes darting between his broth – the two strangers standing in front of him.

Phil nodded and crept into the house, his hand resting on the hilt of his sword. He expected to see a criminal or someone dangerous, why else would they pay him 1000 gold to come assassinate them? Instead, there was a small child curled into a ball, sobbing. The boy didn't seem dangerous, just scared and in pain. Why then was he locked up like this?
The boy slowly looked up at Phil. His eyes glowed a faint red but Phil didn’t know if that was because of the Nether lighting or if that was just the color of the kid’s eyes. Phil knew one thing for sure. He had fallen in love with this little boy. He would do everything in his power to get him out and away from here.

or, Phil is an assassin but somehow accumulates 3 new sons by various means (All with their own problems might I add). He doesn't mind because, you know, Dadza. :)

That couldn’t be possible! He was human. He didn’t have wings or claws or any shit like that. The dragon had to be lying.
The boy pulled at his skin. “See this? Human skin. Not scales like yours.”
The creature leaned its head down so it was face to face with Tommy. “Who said I don’t have it also?”
Before Tommy could ask how the creature meant it, its body got engulfed in light. Tommy sharply looked away. When he looked back, he found the dragon to no longer be standing there. Instead, an older man with shoulder-length blond hair and ocean blue eyes took its place.
Tommy gasped.
Dragons can shapeshift? Since when???

OR, after running away, Tommy finds out that perhaps he was never meant to fit in with humans to begin with
