Emmeline Vance is a goddamn loser.
She told Amelia she looked like a mushroom when they met, almost laughed when she saw Edgar crying for the first time, talked trash about Sirius Black in front of him (she didn’t do it on purpose, even if she could have), and has since been hated by most of his friend group, including Mary MacDonald, the girl she has a crush on. She complimented MacGonagall's glasses, tripped over Mulciber (never was more afraid for her life), and almost hexed Emma. Emmeline also can’t tell for the life of her if someone is flirting with her or not (ask Amelia), she cries about grades at least once every two weeks (two times per day in exam periods), she struggles with anxiety, she is too honest, and she feels like running a marathon after having a conversation with someone she never talked to. So really, Emmeline Vance is a goddamn loser.Or : short one-shot centered on Emmeline Vance, her life, her friends and gorgeous girlfriend.
