Izuku and Katsuki had been waiting all year for this, hell, many years for this. It had taken so much time to get to this step. Lots of planning, discussing, and emotions to finally feel ready to take this step. Izuku was nervous but excited. He knew Katsuki was too. This was the final piece to their puzzle and they were ready to put it into place.

There was a mixture of emotions welling within. A part of him couldn’t believe he’d made it this far. Like it was all an elaborate dream and he was going to wake up quirkless and thirteen all over again. Izuku sighed, cracking the softest of smiles. Today would be the beginnings of a new chapter in his life.
