Charley looking frozen in fear as he held the arms of his desk chair in a white-knuckled death grip, while Jerry seemed to be calm. Giving Charley the most menacingly pleasant smile he had ever seen. Neither tore their gaze from the other, locking eyes as Jerry turned his body just enough to quietly shut the door behind him, the vampire making a point to methodically and audibly lock it.
