On the day you are born, there is a unique mark on your forearm that matches with your soulmate. The perfect person(s) for you, romantically or platonically. Someone who balances you, completes you, encourages you, loves you. Soulmates and soulmarks existed even before quirks did. An old saying went “soulmates are people cut from the same cloth”.
Twins are always born with at least two marks. One to match their soulmate and one to match their sibling. They say too that twins are cut from the same cloth. Maybe that’s why twins are always soulmates.
Fuyumi was born four minutes after Touya.

Summary
There had been a villain attack near her preschool, thankfully long after school was released. She had been on the way to the train to head back to the estate to make her and her father’s dinner when there was a small explosion. The blast of heat caught her off guard, a natural ring of frost blooming from Fuyumi’s core to cool her down. Suddenly, a pair of strong arms lifted her off the ground and back a few hundred feet. Fear ran through Fuyumi more than shock, so she didn’t make a sound as she made her body colder, colder, colder. She was quickly placed on safe ground and released.
“It’s alright, I just need civilians to stay back here until it’s safe.” That was the voice of a hero, Fuyumi recognized the tone. She looks up, seeing the white costume and powerful body of the Rabbit Hero: Miruko. “You’re a little chilly, miss.”
“Sorry.” Fuyumi bowed her head. Miruko chuckled.

Summary
No one in the Bakusquad had been to Sero Hanta’s house. They’d been friends for months - they’d even all been to Bakugou’s! Sero’s parents also hadn’t shown up to any of the events UA had for hero students’ families. When asked about it, Sero always grinned and praised his parents. Said his dads were really nice, if a bit too doting. Said they worked a lot so their schedules were packed. Said he spent plenty of time with them over the weekends and holidays. Said they didn’t have a lot of space to entertain. None of it felt like a lie. Why would Sero lie? It’s Sero.

"Hurt . . . ? They're not . . . they're not hurt." Tim sounded breathy, not quite fully there. "They're not hurt."
Something hysterical crept into Tim's voice as he spoke. Jason straightened up, eyes fixed on Dick, picking up on the tension crawling up Dick's spine.
"Tim, I need you to tell me what's happening." Dick kept his voice even. "Who are you talking about?"
"They're . . . My parents." Tim swallowed audibly. "I'm talking about my parents."
"Okay, your parents." Dick paced towards the door to the apartment, checking for the keys to his bike in his pocket. "So, you said they're not hurt, but you need me there?"
"I don't know what to do . . . I've never . . . “Basically, there’s something wrong with Gotham. Apparently, things don’t, uh. Stay dead here. And the reason I’m recording this is so that when I inevitably get arrested and thrown into Arkham, at least you’ll know that this is all my mom’s fault, really.”
-If Janet Drake’s body hadn’t been unrecoverable, Tim could have just buried her in Gotham, followed her notes, done the ritual, and he would have had her back alive again. She’d be ecstatic! All her research, all her theories about the mysterious life-bringing properties of Gotham’s soil, confirmed!
But she dies far away, body lost at sea, and all Tim has left of her is an empty basement full of her research, all for nothing...
But it’d be a shame to let his mother’s work go to waste... wouldn’t it? And Jason Todd’s grave is right there, in his neighbors’ family graveyard...
