Summary
A Jax/Reader story where you are your own character:
You've been in the circus for about a week and have settled in surprisingly well. The others are... strange, but mostly likable. Jax, however, is another story entirely.
After spending a week as the target of his endless torment, you want nothing to do with him. Unfortunately, an adventure forces the two of you together. Along the way, you begin noticing small cracks in his usual smug demeanor; glimpses of something hidden beneath the jokes and insults.
As time passes, you grow closer. You learn to see the person behind the mask instead of the asshole wearing it. But the closer you get, the more fragile that mask becomes. For every step you take forward, he seems to take three steps back.

Summary
Now how do i explain, Jax and Pomni have been chosen as hosts for a new talk show called the glitch show made by glitch productions (like a Dr Phill type one ish mixed with some TLC). They also get shipped by their fans even though they absolutely despise each other. Tension grows, and the show makers decide to cause a lot more chaos.
Jax and Pomni have to both juggle public appearances and different segments of their show, which slowly breaks them piece by piece with Caine's exceeding pressure on both of them to perform better for the cameras. To cope they find peace with unhealthy coping mechanisms together where they reveal small secrets about each other they wouldn't dare to sober.

Summary
Everyone thought Jax was an asshole. Which, well...he was. Finding myself freshly trapped in the Circus, his attitude immediately rubbed me the wrong way.
If there was one thing that was certain, though, I could dish it out as much as he could.

Summary
