Sage had learnt much in his education. If one were to ask any of his professors, they would agree that he was quite the student - he learnt quickly, he was eager to discover more, he didn’t hesitate to ask any sorts of questions. But according to himself, he was simply passionate about the sea. Of course he would be, Sage had grown up with the ocean practically his second home. As far back as he could remember, the waves had soothed him, the sands had listened to him, the sky had kept a watchful eye over him.
But what he hadn’t learnt, from either university or personal experience, was what he was looking at right now. Sage’s frown deepened as he watched over surgeons’ shoulders at the being on the operating table - a very intriguing creature.
