Summary
Fiery red faded into gentle orange, with occasional smudges of dim blue peeking through the saturated warm hues. As the world prepared itself for slumber, and the sun began to disappear below the horizon to make way for the moon to take its place, sunlight only decreased in intensity, turning into individual golden rays. Said golden rays just happened to fall at an ideal angle to frame Wataru’s exceptionally unguarded frame, sat on his lover’s bed.

Summary
He had never felt as alive as now, when watching a magic show he randomly stumbled upon. The boy on the screen, with lengthy silver hair and violet eyes, couldn’t have been much older than Eichi, could even be his age, and yet, the lives they led were completely different; while the blonde was trapped, the magician was a free spirit, not much unlike the birds Eichi had seen from the outside of his hospital room’s window. Normally, he would feel some sort of envy towards the other noting his liberty, but this time, all he could feel was admiration for his very being, unlike the other kids he knew.

Summary
But, of course, he, like most actors, had his favorite audience, who was, of course, none other than his beloved Eichi, always so perceptive and unconditionally mesmerized. Wataru had occasionally slipped glances towards the other while performing (that is, simply existing) or rehearsing, and each time, the sky blue of the blonde’s eyes was shimmering in amazement, focused on him, a rosy tint adorning his pale cheeks, chapped lips slightly parted.

Summary
Wataru was painfully aware that he was the one bearing the key to Eichi’s very being; he had seen the other as vulnerable as nobody else had ever had, after all, the other lay to him almost entirely bare. He knew — Eichi was a jealous and selfish man, capable of any means to keep Wataru entirely to himself, and of doing just about anything to ensure he does not stray away. It was endearing how the silver-haired man had the heir of the Tenshouin Zaibatsu wrapped around his finger, really; to make someone as influential as that, let go of all inhibitions, was simply amazing, was it not?

Summary
“I look hideous, do I not, Wataru?” the blonde chuckled awkwardly, averting his gaze. Yet before he could receive an answer, he spoke up again, “I had a really rough night, you see. I scarcely remember anything, to be completely honest, but I do remember having an emergency oxygen therapy session. In addition, whatever happened left me horribly sweaty. I feel disgusting,” Eichi shuddered at the memory of his sweat-clad skin visibly grimacing at the thought. “Not to mention, it’s impossible for me to take a shower at the moment, with all these machines tying me down.” He finished his statement with a long sigh.

Summary
Work is hard. Living is hard.
It was supposed that loving was easy. That’s what they always told Mao and Ritsu.
Loving was supposed to be super easy.
That turned out to be a fucking lie. Turns out, the difficulty of loving someone changes when you mention that you’re an idol. Not to mention, it gets harder when you add on the fact that your boyfriend is adored by everyone else.
Ritsu should have known this, honestly.

Summary
By all accounts, Haruka Sakurai should be dead.
He was surprisingly content in his final moments- he did right by Muu, his new mother, and he was able to feel her warmth as she held him in her arms, like he’d always wanted his mother to do. He couldn’t ask for a better fate than dying with her soft praise ringing in his ears…
But as it turns out, those final moments weren’t so final at all.

Summary
A set of hands that never take, but always give. A kiss on every finger, a ring for the one bearing a scar, and a palm that releases caged dreams like butterflies from a hollow shell of ribs.
