Taking this role had been, one, a shock to most of the cinema world, and two, a risk. Jean wasn’t entirely certain how well suited she would be to something so drama-filled, so romance laden, and while she had romances in her own movies, they weren’t nearly so well-written.
Top that off with being cast opposite Lisa Minci and directed by the Lady Ningguang? Jean had actually felt sick her first day doing the table read, she had felt so out of her depth, so wrong for being there but Lisa had been nothing but kind and welcoming.

“Drink more slowly,” the engineer chided her, and yet her tone remained soft. Her hand found its way back to Columbina’s thigh and she couldn’t help but stare at her in confusion, unsure why her beloved was violating every tea party etiquette she had always rigidly abided by ever since the day the goddess first barged into her room hundreds of years ago.
“...Sandrone, you seem a bit off today,” she said, her head tilting slightly, perplexed, as she scanned Sandrone’s expression closely. “Did something go wrong during maintenance?”
The engineer placed her teacup down and shook her head fondly. She chuckled at her question, and the goddess couldn’t help but wonder why she was acting this way.
It had been two months since Sandrone and Columbina officially got together. Wanting to become a better lover, Columbina decided to visit the hidden dwelling after her maintenance, making sure she was okay while doing a sweet gesture for her. However, as soon as she arrived, she could immediately tell that something was amiss.

This story is probably closer in rating to the source video game. A little more violent and darker than In This Together but not too much so. Mostly rated T with some M chapters.
